Users can request quotes, make payments, and receive completed translations either digitally or through physical delivery services like FedEx or USPS. By using our services, you confirm the accuracy of the information provided and your authority to enter into this agreement.


2. Quotations and Payments

  • All quotes are generated based on the information provided by the user and are valid for 6 days from the date of issue.
  • Payments must be made in full before the translation process begins.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and PayPal.
  • All payment transactions are processed securely to protect user information.

3. Delivery of Services

  • Digital Documents: Translations of digital files will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the submission process.
  • Physical Documents: For physical document translations, the original and/or translated copies can be sent through FedEx or USPS to the address provided. Shipping costs will be included in the final quote unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on project complexity and delivery method, and will be specified in the quote.

4. Revisions and Accuracy

  • We aim to provide precise and professional translations. However, minor stylistic or phrasing differences may occur.
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 6 labor days of receiving the translation. Additional charges may apply for substantial changes or additional requests beyond the original scope.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [insert contact email].
  • Refunds may be issued if the cancellation occurs before work begins. Once the translation process has started, refunds may only be considered in cases of demonstrable errors or failure to deliver.
  • Shipping costs for physical deliveries are non-refundable.

6. User Responsibilities

  • We are not liable for errors caused by unclear, incomplete, or illegible submissions.

7. Confidentiality

We value the confidentiality of your documents. All materials, whether physical or digital, are handled securely and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to complete the translation or comply with legal requirements.


8. Shipping Terms

  • Physical documents are shipped via FedEx or USPS, and tracking information will be provided when applicable.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
